Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a global score of 59.5, which is better than the Panasonic Toughpad A1's general score of 51.9. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has newer 4.1 version while Panasonic Toughpad A1 has Android 3.2 version, counting with some additional features and increased performance. Although the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) and the Panasonic Toughpad A1 were only released 3 months apart, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is extremely thinner and extremely lighter.

Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a more vivid screen than Panasonic Toughpad A1, because although it has a much smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 600 x 1024, it also counts with a better pixel number in each inch of screen. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)'s memory for apps and games is just as good as Panasonic Toughpad A1's one, they have an external SD slot that allows up to 32 GB and exactly the same internal storage.

Panasonic Toughpad A1 has just a bit better performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). Both have 1 GB of RAM memory and 2 CPU cores. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) counts with a little bit better camera than Panasonic Toughpad A1, although it has a much lower 3 megapixels resolution camera in the back. Panasonic Toughpad A1 features a bit superior battery life than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a 4590mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.

Even being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is also cheap compared to the other tablet.
