Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has an overall score of 62.3, which is much better than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1's global score of 54.4. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has a more recent 4.4 version while Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has Android 4.0 version, so it offers a lot of extra features and performance enhancements.
Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has a superior processor than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because it has a greater number of faster cores, a better graphics processing unit and a larger amount of RAM. Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has a brighter display than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because it has a lot more pixels per inch of display, a quite bigger screen and a lot higher 1920 x 1200 resolution.
