Asus VivoTab has a general score of 57.5, which is just a bit better than the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1's general score of 54.4. Asus VivoTab has Windows 8 OS, while Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 counts with Android 4.0 OS. The Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 features a much better display than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a much smaller display and a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024, it also counts with a greater quantity of pixels per display inch.

The Asus VivoTab counts with just a little better hardware performance than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus VivoTab also has a much better 533 megahertz GPU and 1 GB more RAM memory. Asus VivoTab has a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 48 GB more internal memory.

Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 and Asus VivoTab count with similar battery performance. Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 captures clearer pictures and videos than Asus VivoTab, because it has a much better 13 megapixels resolution camera in the back.

Although Asus VivoTab is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1. If you want to save some money, you can buy the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
