Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is better than the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, having a 61.4 score against 54.4. Both tablets we compare here work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has newer 4.1 version and Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has Android 4.0 version, offering some nice extra features.

Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 counts with a little faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), and although they both have 2 processing cores and a 1 GB RAM memory, the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 also has an extra graphics processor. The Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 counts with a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because although it has a really smaller screen and a way lower resolution of 600 x 1024, it also counts with a just a bit greater screen pixels density.

The Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 features a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because it has a back-facing camera with a lot higher 13 megapixels resolution. Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 counts with a greater storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 16 GB internal storage.

If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
