Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is much better than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, getting a general score of 64.8 against 54.4. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has newer 4.0.4 version while Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has Android 4.0 version, so it counts with some extra features and performance optimizations.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a bit better display than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because it has a better 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, a little better display pixels density and a bit bigger display. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
