Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is much better than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, getting a general score of 64.8 against 54.4. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has newer 4.0.4 version while Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 has Android 4.0 version, so it counts with some extra features and performance optimizations.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a bit better display than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, because it has a better 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, a little better display pixels density and a bit bigger display. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a CPU that is just as good as Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1's CPU, and although the Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a better graphics co-processor, they both have a 1 GB RAM and the same number of cores.
The Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 takes way better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because it has a much more mega-pixels camera. Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a much bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 32 GB, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 also has more internal memory.

Although Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
