Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a general score of 65, which is slightly better than the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8's 62.3 overall score. Despite being the best tablet in our current comparison, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 construction is much heavier and just a little thicker than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with Windows 8 OS, while Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 comes with Android 4.4 OS.
Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 counts with a better CPU than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM, the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 also has more cores and an extra graphics processor. The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 counts with a more vivid screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch in the screen and a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a very superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 48 GB more internal memory capacity.
