The iPad 9.7-inch is a noticeably newer tablet, and it is also somewhat lighter and a little bit thinner than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3. The iPad 9.7-inch works with iOS 13.x operating system, while Samsung ATIV Tab 3 works with Windows 8 operating system.
The Apple iPad 9.7-inch counts with just a bit better looking screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher pixel quantity per inch in the screen and a way better resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels.
