Comparison review
IPad Air 2 is much better than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, getting a 79.3 score against 65. IPad Air 2 is a newer tablet, and it is also noticeably lighter and way thinner than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3. The iPad Air 2 counts with iOS 8.x operating system, and Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has Windows 8 operating system.
The iPad Air 2 has just a little better performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has 1 less and slower processing cores, and they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the iPad Air 2 also counts with a 64-bits CPU. IPad Air 2 has a brighter display than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher 2048 x 1536 resolution and a way better quantity of pixels per display inch.
IPad Air 2 has a very superior camera than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the iPad Air 2 also has a lot higher resolution back-facing camera. The iPad Air 2 counts with a much greater storage for games and applications than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage capacity.
