IPad Pro 10.5-inch is a lot better than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, getting an 88.9 score against 65. IPad Pro 10.5-inch's construction is extremely newer, thinner and lighter than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3. IPad Pro 10.5-inch has a little sharper screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has more screen brightness, a way better screen pixels density, a way higher resolution of 1668 x 2224 pixels and a bit bigger screen.
The iPad Pro 10.5-inch has a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory. IPad Pro 10.5-inch counts with a better hardware performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has more cpu cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
The iPad Pro 10.5-inch counts with a very superior battery performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. Apple iPad Pro 10.5-inch counts with a way better camera than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has a lot more megapixels back-facing camera and a way higher (4K) video definition.
Although Apple iPad Pro 10.5-inch is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung ATIV Tab 3. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your money.
