The iPod touch 6th generation has a global score of 65.6, which is slightly better than Samsung ATIV Tab 3's 65 score. The iPod touch 6th generation design is notably newer, notably lighter and a lot thinner than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3. The iPod touch 6th generation has iOS 12.x OS, and Samsung ATIV Tab 3 works with Windows 8 OS.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a bit better performance than iPod touch 6th generation, and although they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 also has 1 GB more RAM. IPod touch 6th generation counts with a brighter screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a little bit worse 640 x 1136px resolution, it also counts with a little brighter screen and a way higher pixel density.
IPod touch 6th generation features a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Apple iPod touch 6th generation counts with a much better battery lifetime than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
The iPod touch 6th generation shoots greater videos and photos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the iPod touch 6th generation also has a back-facing camera with lot more MP.
Although Apple iPod touch 6th generation is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung ATIV Tab 3. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Apple iPod touch 6th generation, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, letting go a couple features and specifications.
