The Google Nexus 10 has a global score of 68.1, which is just a bit better than Samsung ATIV Tab 3's 65 general score. Although Google Nexus 10 is a better tablet than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, it must be told that it's also just a little thicker and a little bit heavier. Google Nexus 10 has Android 5.1 OS, while Samsung ATIV Tab 3 works with Windows 8 OS.
Google Nexus 10 has a much better display than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have a same size screen, the Google Nexus 10 also has a much higher quantity of pixels per inch in the screen and a way higher 1600 x 2560 resolution. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has just a little better processing power than Google Nexus 10. They have the same RAM memory amount and a Dual-Core CPU.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a much greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Nexus 10, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity. Google Nexus 10 features a greater camera than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. Both of them have the same (Full HD) video resolution, the same video frame rates and the same resolution camera.
Google Nexus 10 has a superior battery performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
Although Google Nexus 10 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung ATIV Tab 3. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
