Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is much better than the HTC Flyer, getting a overall score of 65 against 58.7. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with Windows 8 operating system, and HTC Flyer has Android 3.2 operating system. Even though Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is noticeably heavier than HTC Flyer, it's noticeably thinner and much newer.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a bit better hardware performance than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features just a bit better looking display than HTC Flyer, because although it has a little worse display pixels density, it also counts with a higher 768 x 1366px resolution and a lot bigger display.
The HTC Flyer shoots a lot better photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. Both of them have a same resolution camera in the back, the same video frame rate and the same video definition. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a bit more storage capacity to install games and applications than HTC Flyer, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 32 GB more internal storage.
The HTC Flyer features a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
