The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite is much better than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, having a overall score of 73.3 against 65. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has Android 8.0 Oreo OS, while Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has Windows 8 OS. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite is a a lot newer tablet, and it's also just a little thinner and somewhat lighter than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a more powerful processing unit than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has more processing cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a lot bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. Both of them have the same 64 GB internal memory.

Although Huawei MediaPad M5 lite is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung ATIV Tab 3. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy Samsung ATIV Tab 3, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your money.
