The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 and the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 both have very similar storage for applications, games, photos and videos, and although the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 has no SD memory slot, they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity.
The Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 features a very superior battery lifetime than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
Although Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung ATIV Tab 3. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, letting go a couple specs and features.
