Comparison review
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a global score of 65, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab 8.9's score of 58.1. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has Windows 8 OS, and Galaxy Tab 8.9 has Android 3.0 OS. Samsung ATIV Tab 3's body is newer and just a little thinner than the Galaxy Tab 8.9's, although it is much heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has a bit sharper display than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 800 x 1280px and a little smaller display, it also counts with a little bit better pixels density. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 features as much memory to install applications and games as the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although the Galaxy Tab 8.9 has no SD memory slot, they both have exactly the same internal memory.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a quite better processing power than Galaxy Tab 8.9. Both have a Dual-Core processor. Galaxy Tab 8.9 has a much longer battery duration than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 counts with just a bit better camera than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, although it has a lot worse resolution camera and a much worse video resolution.
In addition to being the best tablet in our comparison, Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is also a lot cheaper, making this tablet a great choice.
