The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is much better than Galaxy Tab, getting a overall score of 65 against 58.6. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 body is much newer and noticeably thinner, but also a lot heavier than Galaxy Tab. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has Windows 8 operating system, while Galaxy Tab counts with Android 2.3.3 operating system.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a little bit better screen than Galaxy Tab, because although it has a just a bit inferior pixel number in each inch in the screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 768 x 1366px and a way bigger display. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a better performance than Galaxy Tab, because it has more cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a much bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Galaxy Tab shoots much clearer photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, although it has a much worse video definition and a camera with much less mega pixels resolution.
The Galaxy Tab has a way better battery lifetime than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
