The Galaxy Tab S8 has a score of 76.7, which is much better than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3's 65 overall score. The Galaxy Tab S8 has Android 13 operating system, and Samsung ATIV Tab 3 works with Windows 8 operating system. Galaxy Tab S8 is a way newer tablet, and it's also thinner and lighter than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a way better performance than Galaxy Tab S8, although it has lesser RAM memory and 6 less cores. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, although it has a quite smaller screen, a lot worse 768 x 1366 pixels resolution and a much lower screen pixels density.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 counts with much more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has more internal memory. Galaxy Tab S8 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has a way better 13 megapixels resolution back camera and a way higher (4K) video resolution.
Galaxy Tab S8 counts with a superior battery lifetime than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
Although Galaxy Tab S8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung ATIV Tab 3. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab S8, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, resigning some features and specs.
