Comparison review
Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has a general score of 69.2, which is much better than Asus VivoTab Smart's overall score of 58.7. Although it's the best tablet in this review, Samsung ATIV Tab 5's body is much heavier and a bit thicker than the Asus VivoTab Smart. Both of these tablets use the same Windows 8 OS (operating system).
Samsung ATIV Tab 5 features a little more vivid screen than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has a just a bit worse number of pixels per inch of screen, and they both have an equal 768 x 1366 pixels resolution, the Samsung ATIV Tab 5 also counts with a little bigger display. Asus VivoTab Smart features just a bit better performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, and although they both have the same number of cores and a 2 GB RAM, the Asus VivoTab Smart also has an extra graphics processor.
The Asus VivoTab Smart takes much better photographs and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 5. They have a 8 megapixels resolution back-facing camera. Samsung ATIV Tab 5 features a much better memory to install games and applications than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 features a way better battery performance than Asus VivoTab Smart.
Samsung ATIV Tab 5 is not only the best devices of the ones in this comparison, but it's also very cheap compared to the other ones, making it an easy decision.
