Comparison review
Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has a score of 69.2, which is just a bit better than Google Nexus 10's overall score of 68.1. The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has Windows 8 operating system, while Google Nexus 10 comes with Android 5.1 operating system. Despite being the best portable tablet we are comparing here, we must note that it is also a somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier portable tablet.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Google Nexus 10. Both have the same number of cores and a 2 GB RAM. The Google Nexus 10 counts with a much more vibrant display than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher pixel density and a lot higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has a way bigger memory to store more games and applications than Google Nexus 10, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Google Nexus 10 counts with a way better battery life than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because it has a 9000mAh battery capacity instead of 4080mAh. Google Nexus 10 captures much better photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, although it has a much less mega pixels back camera.
Although Samsung ATIV Tab 5 is a better device, it costs more than the Google Nexus 10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Nexus 10. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the Google Nexus 10, and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
