Comparison review
IPad 3 has an overall score of 71.1, which is a bit better than the Samsung Ativ Tab's 66.7 general score. The iPad 3 comes with iOS 6.1 operating system, while Samsung Ativ Tab works with Windows RT operating system. Even being the best tablet we compare here, we must note that it is also somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker.
The Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a little bit better performance than Apple iPad 3, and although they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Samsung Ativ Tab also has an extra graphics processing unit and a larger amount of RAM memory. The iPad 3 has a way better looking display than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better pixel density and a lot higher 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution.
The Samsung Ativ Tab counts with much more memory to store more apps and games than Apple iPad 3, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Samsung Ativ Tab also has an external memory slot that admits up to 64 GB. The Apple iPad 3 takes way better videos and photos than Samsung Ativ Tab, and although they both have the same resolution camera in the back, the Apple iPad 3 also has a much higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.
IPad 3 counts with a way better battery lifetime than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has 11560mAh of battery capacity.
Apple iPad 3 not only is the best tablets in our current comparison, but it's also a bargain compared to the other ones, which makes it an obvious call.
