Comparison review
Samsung Ativ Tab has an overall score of 66.7, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab's score of 58.6. The Samsung Ativ Tab body is newer and thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab's, although it is a lot heavier. The Samsung Ativ Tab has Windows RT OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 OS.
Galaxy Tab features a display that's very similar to Samsung Ativ Tab's screen, because although the Galaxy Tab has a much smaller screen and a lot lower 600 x 1024 resolution, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the display. Samsung Ativ Tab features a more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a graphics processor, a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of faster cores.
Galaxy Tab captures a little bit better videos and photos than Samsung Ativ Tab, although it has a way worse 720x480 video definition and a lot worse 3 MP resolution back camera. The Samsung Ativ Tab has a superior storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity.
The Samsung Ativ Tab features a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has 8200mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung Ativ Tab is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Tab, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Ativ Tab, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab, giving up a couple specs and features.
