The Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch is much better than the Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, with a 71.1 score against 63.1. Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch has Windows 10 operating system, and Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus has Android 7.1 Nougat operating system.
