Galaxy Book 12-inch has a global score of 80, which is better than the iPad 3's 71.1 global score. Galaxy Book 12-inch works with Windows 10 operating system, and iPad 3 works with iOS 6.1 operating system. Even though the Galaxy Book 12-inch is somewhat heavier than iPad 3, it's way thinner and also a lot newer.
The Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch counts with a better processor than iPad 3, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch also has a greater amount of RAM. IPad 3 counts with a more vivid display than Galaxy Book 12-inch, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little bit better screen density and a slightly better resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels.
Galaxy Book 12-inch features a bit better camera than iPad 3, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Galaxy Book 12-inch also has a lot bigger camera aperture for better low light images and video and a way better 13 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.
