Comparison review
The Galaxy Book 12-inch has a general score of 80, which is slightly better than Google Pixel Slate's score of 79.3. Despite being the best in this review, it must be noted that it is also an older, just a little bit thicker and a bit heavier tablet device. Galaxy Book 12-inch comes with Windows 10 operating system, and Google Pixel Slate comes with Chrome OS operating system.
Galaxy Book 12-inch has a bit better performance than Google Pixel Slate, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 2 cores. Google Pixel Slate counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy Book 12-inch, because it has a bit larger display, a better resolution of 3000 x 2000 pixels and a greater number of pixels per inch in the display.
Galaxy Book 12-inch features a much better memory for games and applications than Google Pixel Slate, and although they both have equal 256 GB internal storage, the Galaxy Book 12-inch also has an external SD slot that allows up to 256 GB. The Galaxy Book 12-inch features a much better battery life than Google Pixel Slate.
Google Pixel Slate shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Book 12-inch, because although it has a worse 1920x1080 video quality and a lot less mega pixels resolution back camera, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture to take better captures and video in low light situations.
