The Samsung Galaxy Book2 has a global score of 81.9, which is a lot better than LG G Pad 8.0's 58.6 overall score. Samsung Galaxy Book2 counts with Windows 10 S operating system, and LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0 operating system. Samsung Galaxy Book2's body is a lot heavier but a lot thinner than LG G Pad 8.0.

The Galaxy Book2 features a greater processing power than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with 3 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of cores (and also faster). LG G Pad 8.0 features a little more vivid screen than Galaxy Book2, although it has a much smaller display, a quite worse display density and a way lower 1280 x 800 resolution.

The Galaxy Book2 has a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB and more internal storage. Galaxy Book2 captures way better photos and videos than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a much higher resolution back camera.

The Galaxy Book2 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has a 6120mAh battery capacity instead of 4200mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy Book2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG G Pad 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G Pad 8.0. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Book2, else you can save some dollars and buy the LG G Pad 8.0, giving up some features and specs.
