Samsung Galaxy Book2's design is notably newer and just a bit thinner than the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0's, but it's extremely heavier. The Samsung Galaxy Book2 features a faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with more RAM memory and more cores. The Galaxy Book2 features a lot better camera than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has a way higher resolution camera and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy Book2 features a really longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has 6120mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Book2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab 4 8.0. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
