Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has an overall score of 63.4, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy Note 10.1's general score of 63.3. Microsoft Surface Pro 3's body is newer than the Galaxy Note 10.1's, although it's a lot heavier and a little thicker. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro OS, and Galaxy Note 10.1 works with Android 4.4 OS.
