Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is much better than the Alcatel JOY TAB, getting a overall score of 75.8 against 59.4. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is a incredibly older and way heavier portable tablet than Alcatel JOY TAB, but Samsung was able to build it just a little bit thinner anyway. The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a much sharper display than Alcatel JOY TAB, because it has a way higher resolution of 1600 x 2560, a larger screen and a lot more pixels per inch in the display. Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) features a better performing CPU than Alcatel JOY TAB, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) also has a graphics co-processor and a higher amount of RAM memory.

Alcatel JOY TAB counts with a slightly better camera than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), although it has a much worse 1280x720 video resolution and a back facing camera with way less mega-pixels resolution. Alcatel JOY TAB has a bit bigger storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), and although they both have the same internal storage, the Alcatel JOY TAB also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 128 GB.
