The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) features a much better hardware performance than Apple iPad 10.2 (2020), because although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster), and they both have a 3 GB RAM, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) also counts with an additional GPU. Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a better looking screen than iPad 10.2 (2020), because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a little higher pixel number per inch of display and a quite better 1600 x 2560 resolution.
The Apple iPad 10.2 (2020) takes way better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014). Both of them have the same (Full HD) video quality, the same video frame rates and a 8 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than iPad 10.2 (2020), and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 64 GB.
