The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a global score of 75.8, which is better than the Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10's 68.9 global score. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has an older 4.4.2 version and Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 has Android 7.0 Nougat.
