The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) features a much more vibrant display than Nokia T20, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch of screen and a better 1600 x 2560 resolution. Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a little bit better hardware performance than Nokia T20, because although it has 4 less CPU cores (but faster), and they both have 3 GB of RAM, the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) also counts with an additional graphics processor.

Nokia T20 has a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), because it has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB internal storage capacity.

The Nokia T20 and Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) feature extremely similar battery durations, although the Nokia T20 has just 8200mAh battery capacity instead of 8220mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Nokia T20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Nokia T20. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Nokia T20, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
