Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) comes with Android 4.4.2 OS, and Samsung ATIV Tab 5 comes with Windows 8 OS. Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014)'s body is newer, much thinner and extremely lighter than the Samsung ATIV Tab 5.
