Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a global score of 75.8, which is much better than the Samsung Ativ Tab's 66.7 overall score. Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) works with Android 4.4.2 OS, while Samsung Ativ Tab counts with Windows RT OS. Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014)'s design is newer, just a bit lighter and thinner than Samsung Ativ Tab.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) counts with a much more vibrant screen than Samsung Ativ Tab, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) also has a much higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and a way greater pixel number per inch in the screen. Samsung Ativ Tab has a much better storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), and although they both have an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB, the Samsung Ativ Tab also has 32 GB more internal storage capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) shoots clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has a lot better video quality and a way better resolution back camera.
