The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, having a 75.8 score against 66.5. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 were released only 4 months apart, Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014)'s construction is incredibly thinner but also incredibly heavier. These tablets include the same Android 4.4.2 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't perceive any difference in that aspect.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) features a more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a way higher screen pixel density, a much higher resolution of 1600 x 2560px and a lot larger screen.
