Both tablets in this review use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a newer 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab S10 FE (Rumored) has Android 15 version. Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE (Rumored) counts with a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of cores.
The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) features an incredibly better looking display than Galaxy Tab S10 FE (Rumored), although it has a bit smaller screen. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE (Rumored) counts with just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014). Both have a same resolution back facing camera.
Galaxy Tab S10 FE (Rumored) counts with a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) features just a little bit longer battery duration than Galaxy Tab S10 FE (Rumored), because it has 8220mAh of battery capacity instead of 8000mAh.
