Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a score of 75.8, which is slightly better than Galaxy Tab S3's score of 75.2. Both tablets we are comparing have Android OS, but Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has the previous 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab S3 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Although it's the best portable tablet in this comparison, Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is a older, thicker and much heavier portable tablet than Galaxy Tab S3.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) features a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, because it has a slightly better resolution of 1600 x 2560px, a little bit larger screen and a just a little better pixel density. The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) also counts with a GPU.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 features a quite bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 also has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 256 GB. Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a lot better camera than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), because it has a camera with a way higher 13 MP resolution and a much better (4K) video definition.
