Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is much better than Sony Xperia Tablet S, having a score of 75.8 against 58.9. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a newer 4.4.2 version while Sony Xperia Tablet S has Android 4.1.1 version. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is a newer device, and it's also a little lighter and much thinner than the Sony Xperia Tablet S.
