Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is slightly better than the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, with a 75.8 score against 74.7. Both of these tablets work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has an older 4.4.2 version and Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet has Android 5.0 version. Although it's the best tablet we compare here, Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is a a lot thicker and incredibly heavier tablet than Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet.
Xperia Z4 Tablet has a bit better CPU than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a much better graphics processor working at 600 megahertz, a 64 bits CPU and a larger number of cores. The Xperia Z4 Tablet has a slightly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014). Both have a higher pixels number per inch of display, an equal resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and a display with the same size.
Xperia Z4 Tablet features a little bit more storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB.
