Comparison review
The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is much better than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, getting a 77.4 score against 60.8. These devices have Android operating system, but GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a newer 4.4.2 version while Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2, so it provides some additional features. Although GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) and Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 were released with only 1 months difference, GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition)'s design is noticeably heavier but also somewhat thinner.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 and Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) both count with very similar processors, and although the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has 1 GB less RAM, they both have a 450 megahertz graphics co-processor and 4 cpu cores. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, resigning some features and specs.
