GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has an overall score of 77.4, which is way better than HTC Jetstream's score of 63.6. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a more recent 4.4.2 version and HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1, so it provides the user some extra features and optimized performance.
