The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is a lot better than the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, getting a 77.4 score against 60.4. Both tablets in this comparison review work with Android OS, but Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has the newer 4.4.2 version and Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has Android 3.2, giving some nice extra features. The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) design is newer and somewhat thinner, but also much heavier than the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition.

Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) counts with a much better display than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because it has way more pixels per display inch, a bigger screen and a way higher 1600 x 2560 resolution. The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features a quite superior hardware performance than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because it has 2 more cpu cores, a larger amount of RAM and a faster 450 megahertz graphics processing unit.

The Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition captures just a bit better photos and videos than GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), although it has a lot worse 1280x720 (HD) video quality and a camera in the back with a way worse resolution. The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features a superior storage to store more apps and games than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because it has a SD memory slot that allows up to 64 GB and 64 GB internal storage capacity.

The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features a really longer battery performance than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because it has a 111% bigger battery capacity.
