The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, having a 77.4 score against 62.7. The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) design is newer, thinner and just a bit lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. Both tablets in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has the newer 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has Android 4.0 version, providing you some nice extra features.
The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features a superior hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a larger number of faster cores, a higher amount of RAM and a much better graphics processor. The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) counts with a way better display than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, and although they both have a same size display, the Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also has a much better 1600 x 2560px resolution and a way better number of pixels per inch of screen.
