The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a global score of 77.4, which is way better than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE's 61.7 general score. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a newer 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1, providing the user some extra features and a performance increase. GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is a newer and notably thinner tablet than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, although it is a lot heavier.

Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a much sharper screen than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a lot better resolution of 1600 x 2560px, a lot greater number of pixels per inch of display and a really bigger screen. Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) counts with a way bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 64 GB, the Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also has 56 GB more internal memory.
