Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is slightly better than the iPad 9.7-inch, getting a score of 66.3 against 65.4. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 comes with Android 4.4 operating system, and iPad 9.7-inch works with iOS 13.x operating system. Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is a better portable tablet than the iPad 9.7-inch, we must tell that it's also an extremely older, somewhat thicker and much heavier portable tablet.
The Apple iPad 9.7-inch has just a bit better looking display than Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher screen pixels density and a much better 1536 x 2048 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than iPad 9.7-inch, because it has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 32 GB.
The iPad 9.7-inch counts with a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, although it has a lower number of cores (but faster), they both have a 2 GB RAM memory. The iPad 9.7-inch counts with longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has an 8827mAh battery capacity.
The iPad 9.7-inch features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has a way higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and a way higher 8 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
Although Galaxy Note 10.1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the iPad 9.7-inch, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as iPad 9.7-inch. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Note 10.1, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the iPad 9.7-inch, letting go a couple features and specifications.
