The Galaxy Note 10.1 counts with a really longer battery life than iPod touch 6th generation, because it has a 7000mAh battery capacity against 1043mAh.
The Apple iPod touch 6th generation captures much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has a lot better video definition and a much better resolution back camera.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is a better device, it costs a bit more than the iPod touch 6th generation, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as iPod touch 6th generation. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the iPod touch 6th generation, resigning some specs and features.
