Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has a general score of 66.3, which is better than the Asus VivoTab Smart's 58.7 global score. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 works with Android 4.4 operating system, and Asus VivoTab Smart works with Windows 8 operating system. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is a a bit heavier but a bit thinner device than the Asus VivoTab Smart.

The Asus VivoTab Smart counts with a little more vivid screen than Galaxy Note 10.1, and although they both have a same size display, the Asus VivoTab Smart also has a slightly better resolution of 768 x 1366 and a quite better display density. Galaxy Note 10.1 features a better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus VivoTab Smart. They have the same internal storage.

The Asus VivoTab Smart has a little better processing power than Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster), and they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Asus VivoTab Smart also counts with an extra graphics processor.
