Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has a global score of 66.3, which is better than HTC Flyer's score of 58.7. Both of these tablets have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has 4.4 version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2, giving a lot of extra features and performance enhancements. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is notably heavier than the HTC Flyer, it's way thinner and newer.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 features a bit faster processing unit than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a larger number of cores. HTC Flyer features a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a really smaller screen and a lot worse 600 x 1024 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixels density.

HTC Flyer counts with a greater camera than Galaxy Note 10.1. They have the same video frame rate, the same resolution back-facing camera and the same (HD) video definition.
The Galaxy Note 10.1 costs a lot more money than HTC Flyer, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
