Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2's processor is just as good as the Galaxy Note 10.1 one, because although the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has less and slower cpu cores and 1 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with an additional GPU. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has a much longer battery life than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because it has a 7000mAh battery capacity.

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. Both of them have the same 1280x720 video definition, the same video frame rates and the same resolution camera.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, else you can save some money and get the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, resigning a couple specifications.
