The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is a little bit better than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, having a general score of 66.3 against 60.4. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has a newer 4.4 version and Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has Android 3.2 version, providing a couple additional features and improved performance. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 body has the same thickness than the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, but it's much heavier.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 has just a bit better performance than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and a greater number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 counts with a much better battery duration than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because it has a 79% bigger battery capacity.
