The Galaxy Note 10.1 is a bit better than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, getting a 66.3 score against 61.7. Both devices in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 10.1 has a newer 4.4 version while Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1, providing some additional features. Galaxy Note 10.1's body is noticeably heavier but somewhat thinner than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and both were released only 6 months apart.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has a little bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch of screen. Galaxy Note 10.1 counts with a bit better CPU than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and more processing cores.
The Galaxy Note 10.1 features a much bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports 32 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal memory. The Galaxy Note 10.1 features a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE captures much better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note 10.1, although it has a way worse resolution back-facing camera and a lower (HD) video resolution.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, otherwise you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, letting go a couple specifications.
